Loadout API docs
All endpoints below accept GET requests and return JSON. No API key, request body, or query parameters are
needed. Successful requests return HTTP 200 with Content-Type: application/json.
Random loadout routes roll on every request. Repeated results are possible. Saved browser settings do not affect the API, and query parameters cannot override these presets.
For OBS browser sources, use the separate overlay endpoint guide.

Full loadout with perks

Allows special ammo and dual wield, excludes scarce equipment, and uses bloodline rank 100. Includes a First Aid Kit and one melee tool, then fills the remaining utility slots. Tools and consumables share eight slots. Picks up to 15 unique, non-scarce traits within a 10-point budget, continuing until no more fit. Quartermaster raises weapon capacity from 5 to 6 when selected and is not changed after the trait roll. It affects weapons, not utility slots. The message describes equipment and traits.

Using the API in automation
For any random loadout endpoint, read message and send it as your chat reply. If your tool accepts
a JSON field name or path, use message or $.message as appropriate.
With jq installed, this prints the full loadout message:
curl --fail --silent --show-error https://melledorks.com/api/random-full-loadout-with-perks | jq -r '.message' JavaScript
async function getLoadoutMessage() {
const response = await fetch('https://melledorks.com/api/random-loadout')
if (!response.ok) {
throw new Error(`Loadout request failed: ${response.status}`)
}
const loadout = await response.json()
return loadout.message
}
console.log(await getLoadoutMessage()) Run this in a server-side bot or a Node.js script with fetch support. Replace the URL with your chosen endpoint. The API does not set cross-origin access headers for browser requests from other sites. Check the HTTP status before reading JSON, and handle network failures in your automation.
